Bradford K8 has been booking me for years. Erin coordinates everything – fundraisers, auctions, holiday parties, student dances, themed classroom events. The calendar never really stops.
Every event is different, so every setup is different. A formal auction needs elegance. A Halloween dance needs energy and something the kids lose their minds over the second they walk in. I don't treat them the same.
I visit the space ahead of time, join their planning meetings, and usually show up with ideas they hadn't thought of yet. Garlands, columns, centerpieces, florals – whatever the event calls for.
Bradford feels like a real partnership at this point. Those are my favorite clients to have.
Andrea has been working with us for several years at our school and she has been amazing! She has done formal fundraisers and fun events for the students. Our fundraisers have been polished and beautiful. The events for the kids are full of color and energy.
For our different events she wanted to see the space ahead of time so she could be thoughtful about how to use it.
Melissa lives just down the street. Her husband had casually mentioned some balloon decor he'd seen at an event I designed months earlier.
She tracked me down, reached out, and gave me almost nothing to work with. "Clean and modern. Not cheesy." That was it.
I designed balloon columns and added a custom-printed balloon as a finishing touch. Timing was tight – he was only out for a couple hours. I got in, got it done, and was gone.
"Andrea did such a great job delivering the balloons even when I gave her very little to go off of besides "it's a surprise 40th birthday". She delivered them ahead of schedule and they looked amazing. Two weeks later and they're still inflated! I have seen other balloon companies but hers really stood out."
Brandon called me while he was traveling. His wife's birthday was coming up and he wanted a balloon stack waiting for her when they got home – a surprise she'd walk right into.
The catch: he had no color palette to give me. So I did a little digging, found photos from their wedding, and matched everything to that.
I set it up, left before they got back, and didn't actually meet Brandon in person until the next event he booked me for.
That's one of my favorite kinds of jobs. No handholding required – just trust, a little research, and showing up.
"I called Andrea from the road, gave her almost nothing to work with, and she knocked it out of the park. She found our wedding colors on her own, set everything up while we were out, and was gone before we got home.
My wife was blown away. And honestly, so was I.
We've booked her for a corproate event since, and she's just as impressive in person. If you need someone you can hand the reins to and fully trust – Andrea's your person."
Sam Somach came to me with a great concept – turn the Bradford School's annual fundraising gala into a high-end prom night. Nostalgic, but elevated. The kind of event where people dress up and actually feel something.
The venue was the Manor House. Beautiful space, but tricky. Multiple rooms, a tight setup window, and that night – it was snowing.
I visited ahead of time, walked every room, and figured out how to make the whole mansion work together. Night of, we moved fast. Columns, garlands, bar decor, floral accents – all of it going up while the snow came down outside.
The event ran late. I stayed until after midnight, broke everything down, and left the place spotless.
Sam said it felt effortless. It wasn't – but that's kind of the point.
As an event planner, I have nothing but praise for founder/owner Andrea Fanton of Alpenglow. She is absolutely dedicated to her craft! Her balloon creations are uniquely exquisite, her attention to detail is unparalleled, and she is just a lovely person to work with. Five stars!
Bre was opening a new real estate office in Ken Caryl and wanted the grand opening to feel like a real moment. The space itself wasn't doing her any favors – a clubhouse that felt more like a cave than a celebration. She needed someone to come in and completely change the energy.
We went full red carpet. Columns, garlands, the works. By the time we were done, it didn't look like the same room. Bre wanted people talking about it long after they left. I think we pulled that off.
"Andrea Fanton of Alpenglow Party Co is ONE IN A MILLION! I would give her SIX Stars if I could.
She was my party stylist for the Grand Opening of our New Office SMALL Capital, and the result were flawless. She transformed our clubhouse into an elevated Red Carpet event and every detail was a work of art. You want Andrea on your team if you are throwing event that you want people to never stop talking about, she's the best in the business."
Brandon's wife had a big milestone birthday coming up – the kind that calls for a real party. They booked a catered event and wanted the space to feel intentional. We used garlands and columns to frame the bar and give the room a focal point. It worked. The whole setup pulled the space together.
Brandon and his family have now booked us twice and sent a friend our way. That's the part that means the most to me.
"We have used Alpenglow for two parties, and referred them to a friend's party as well. Their balloon decorations were out of this world. We couldn't believe what they came up with. They were very responsive, creative, and timely. Couldn't recommend more!"
Jaime reached out wanting a balloon stack for her daughter's birthday party out in Ken Caryl Valley. Simple enough – but the colors and proportions had to be just right.
We nailed down the palette, I put it together, showed up, and got it set up. Her daughter lost her mind over it. That's the whole job right there.
"Absolutely stunning balloons from Alpenglow! The attention to detail was incredible, the colors, the design, and everything looked even better in person than I imagined. Andrea was amazing from brief to setup, she is a true angel!
My daughter was OBSESSED.
I would 100% use them again and recommend them without hesitation."
